Can I change my current subscription?

Absolutely! This can be done by going to the Subscriptions tab under your account page and clicking the Change Your Plan button.

How do I cancel my subscription?

This can be done by going to the Subscriptions tab under your account page and clicking the Cancel button.

How do I access my account info?

Once logged in, please visit your Dashboard.

How do the reviews work?

Users that are logged into the platform, can leave reviews on home pages to help others make better-informed decisions. 

As part of the reviews, users can upload images, give star-based ratings on individual areas of experience, as well as give an overall star-based rating.

Do Listings expire?

Your homes are tied to a subscription, so as long as your homes subscription is active, the homes tied to that subscription will be as well.

How do homes get prioritized?

Homes that are Promoted will appear above all other Listings, regardless of the subscription level.

After that, homes that are part of a Premium subscription (i.e. Featured) will appear above Standard and Basic homes, assuming everything else is equal (ratings, published date, etc.).

Rounding out the bottom are Standard subscription homes and then Basic.
